AGS Revenue Sync is a private, internal application. It is built and used solely by Advanced Green Solutions LLC to connect our own QuickBooks Online company to our own internal job-tracking system. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to any other business or member of the public, and it has no users other than our own staff.

AGS Revenue Sync reads invoice records from the Advanced Green Solutions QuickBooks Online account, attempts to match each invoice to the corresponding service visit in our internal scheduling records, and writes the matched revenue figure against that job in our internal reporting portal. Its purpose is to let us see revenue alongside labor and job data without re-keying figures by hand.

The application is not designed to process personal information. The only field it handles that could identify an individual is a customer name, in cases where a client is a sole proprietor trading under their own name. It does not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses of any individual consumer, and it does not build profiles of individuals.
Google, Intuit and Cloudflare act as service providers for this processing. We do not transfer this data to any other third party.
Access is limited to the owners of Advanced Green Solutions LLC. The internal portal sits behind identity-based access control and is not reachable by the public. The review spreadsheet and the application project are not shared outside the company.
Solely for internal financial and operational reporting — understanding revenue per job, per client, and per service type. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it for any purpose unrelated to running our own business.
Invoice and job records are retained for as long as they are useful for business reporting and for as long as our record-keeping and tax obligations require. The review spreadsheet may be cleared at any time without affecting our accounting records, which remain in QuickBooks.
The connection to QuickBooks uses OAuth 2.0; the application never handles or stores a QuickBooks password. Access tokens are held in the Apps Script property store of a company-owned Google account and are not exposed publicly. Writes to our internal portal are authenticated and travel over HTTPS.
Because the application connects only to our own QuickBooks company, disconnection is performed by us. It can be revoked at any time from the Apps & Connections settings of our QuickBooks Online account, or by removing the stored credentials from the application. Revoking access stops all further reading of invoice data immediately.
This application is a business accounting tool. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly process any information relating to a child.
If the application's behaviour changes in a way that affects what data it touches, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
