AGS Revenue Sync is private software for internal use only. It is owned and operated by Advanced Green Solutions LLC. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or made available to any third party, and no one outside Advanced Green Solutions LLC is authorised to use it.
These terms govern use of the AGS Revenue Sync application ("the Application"), which connects the QuickBooks Online company file of Advanced Green Solutions LLC ("the Company") to the Company's own internal job-tracking and reporting systems.
Use of the Application is restricted to the owners and authorised personnel of the Company. The Application is not published to the Intuit App Store or any other marketplace, and no licence to use it is granted to any other person or organisation.
The Application may be used only to read invoice data from the Company's own QuickBooks Online account and to record matched revenue figures against the Company's own job records, for the Company's internal financial and operational reporting.
The Application is a reporting aid, not a book of record. QuickBooks Online remains the authoritative source for all accounting data. Figures shown in the Company's internal portal are derived and should not be relied upon for tax, audit, or statutory reporting purposes without reference to QuickBooks.
The Application is provided on an as-is, as-available basis for internal use. No uptime, accuracy, or fitness-for-purpose commitment is made or implied, and the Company may modify, suspend, or withdraw it at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Green Solutions LLC accepts no liability to any third party arising from the Application, since no third party is authorised to use it. Between the Company and its personnel, use is at the Company's own risk.
The Application relies on services operated by Intuit, Google, and Cloudflare. Use of those services is subject to their own terms. The Company does not control, and is not responsible for, the availability or behaviour of those services.
How the Application handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
