Disconnecting AGS Revenue Sync

From QuickBooks Online

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator of the company.
2. Open the Settings (gear) menu.
3. Go to Apps and then the Connected apps list.
4. Find AGS Revenue Sync and choose Disconnect.

From the application side

The stored access token can also be removed directly by deleting the oauth2.quickbooks entry from the Script Properties of the AGS Scheduled Jobs Feed project in Google Apps Script. Removing it has the same practical effect: the application can no longer authenticate and will stop reading invoice data.

What happens to data already collected

Disconnecting stops all future reads. It does not delete invoice figures already recorded against job records in our internal reporting system, and it does not affect anything held in QuickBooks Online, which remains the authoritative accounting record. Internal copies can be cleared separately on request.
